Halloween Can Be Scary!
What a wonderful time of the year…the temperature is cooling off, the tree leaves are starting to turn vivid colors, the fireplace is crackling of oak and maple, and the kids have are back in the swing of school life.
With all these changes, it is tempting to change your exercising lifestyle particularly when Halloween is around the corner. You should celebrate Halloween and have fun…it’s a great time of the year! However, don’t be tricked into eating too much candy that advertises “Fat Free”….it is probably loaded with calories.
These “fat free” calories are generally wasted calories that will go to your waistline. If you are going to splurge on candy, you should enjoy your favorite kind as it probably has as many calories as the “fat free” stuff. It’s o.k. to indulge…just do it in moderation.
Enjoy all of these changes…even the little chocolate ones wrapped in fun size packaging!
